Just like the title say, this OVA centers around Nanase Ren, one nurse at a hospital, who wants to make her work the best. But in the way she encounters some patient that tempts her and then the descending spiral begins. The plot goes around “patient-like files” in wich everyone goes even down than the presceding one, approaching to the maximum perversion.
